Janna is the heartbeat of our office. As our Office Manager, she keeps everything running smoothly while making sure every patient feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. With her warm personality and exceptional organizational skills, Janna ensures that your experience at our practice is seamless and stress-free. She's been an integral part of our team and knows every patient by name.
Shayne
ESFP – The Entertainer: Spontaneous, Energetic, and Always Ready for Fun
Shayne brings incredible energy and enthusiasm to our team every single day. As a Dental Assistant, she works closely with Dr. Young to ensure every procedure goes smoothly and every patient feels at ease. Her fun-loving spirit and genuine care for patients make even the most nervous visitors feel comfortable. Outside the office, Shayne loves outdoor adventures and brings that same adventurous spirit to her work.
Marcela

Marcela is one of our dedicated Dental Assistants who brings a calm, reassuring presence to every appointment. Her meticulous attention to detail and genuine compassion for patients make her an invaluable part of our clinical team. Chrissy

Chrissy is one of our talented Dental Hygienists who combines clinical expertise with a warm, personable approach. She excels at making patients feel comfortable during cleanings and is passionate about educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices. Chrissy's thorough yet gentle technique has earned her a loyal following of patients who specifically request her for their appointments. She loves building lasting relationships with the families she serves.
Fariba
INTJ – The Architect: Imaginative, Strategic, and Always Ready To Plan
Fariba brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to dental hygiene. With her deep knowledge of periodontal health and her meticulous technique, she provides thorough cleanings that leave patients' smiles sparkling. Fariba is passionate about the science of dentistry and stays current with the latest research and techniques. Her patients appreciate her detailed explanations and her commitment to their long-term oral health.
Misty
ENFP – The Campaigner: Enthusiastic, Creative, and Always Ready To Inspire
Misty is our vibrant and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist who brings infectious energy to every appointment. Growing up in the small town of Acton on 4 acres of land, she developed a love of animals and the outdoors that translates into her warm, nurturing approach with patients. Now living in Huntington Beach with her husband Steve and their two daughters, Misty balances family life with her passion for dental hygiene. Her infectious personality and knack for storytelling make her a favorite among patients and staff alike.
Rachael
ISFJ – The Defender: Patient, Hard-Working, and Always Ready To Offer Support
Rachael is our dedicated Dental Hygienist who is passionate about creating healthy smiles with her caring and gentle touch. Originally from England, Rachael has called sunny Southern California home for more than half her life. Her journey into dentistry began in high school with a Regional Occupational Program class in dental assisting. After seven years as a Registered Dental Assistant, her love for patient care inspired her to take the leap into dental hygiene, graduating with high honors from the Cerritos College Dental Hygiene Program. Her story with Dr. Young is a full circle twist — she first worked with him in South OC back in 2002, and 20 years later, she's back as a hygienist.
Melinda
ENFJ – The Protagonist: Charismatic, Inspiring, and Always Ready To Support
Melinda was practically born with a dental mirror in her hand. With two dentists as parents, she spent her childhood surrounded by dentistry and developed a deep appreciation for the art and science of oral health. Her love for Polynesian culture led her to dental hygiene school in Hawaii, where she spent over a decade living the island life. Melinda is a proud mom to two incredible teenagers and a toddler. Her mission is to make every patient feel at ease, empowered, and ready to flash their healthiest, happiest smile.
Katie
ENTP – The Debater: Curious, Spontaneous, and Always Ready for a Challenge
Born and raised in the small town of Needles, CA, along the Colorado River, Katie grew up riding dirt bikes, water skiing, and jet skiing. She later swapped river life for the coast, moving to Newport Beach to attend dental hygiene school. Ironically, Katie was terrified of the dentist as a child — which is exactly what inspired her to become a hygienist. Now, her mission is to help every patient feel comfortable and maybe even enjoy their visit to the dentist. As the youngest member of our team, Katie keeps us all feeling young with her endless energy!
Lindsey
ENFJ - The Protagonist: Outgoing, Passionate, and Always Ready To Help
As the daughter of a dentist, Lindsey was practically destined for a career in dental hygiene. Growing up in Tahoe City, a charming mountain town in Northern California, she spent her days splitting time between her dad's dental office and exploring the great outdoors. Lindsey's journey took an exciting turn on her first day at UC Berkeley, where she met her future husband, Brian. After tying the knot in a dream wedding in Lake Tahoe, they relocated to Chicago. While Brian completed his ER residency, Lindsey became a faculty member in the Dental Hygiene program at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Eventually, the call of sunny California brought them back, and we're so grateful she joined our team!
